 At Xodus Motorsports, we typically do not accept advance payments before commencing work, with the exception of Gift Certificates.

Our prices encompass all costs associated with providing our services, including travel, labor, chemicals, equipment, and other necessary business expenses. This comprehensive pricing ensures that you receive the highest quality service without hidden fees.

After a detailing service is performed, customers are given the opportunity to inspect their vehicle thoroughly. We encourage you to take your time to assess the quality of our work. Once the service is completed, customers are legally obligated to make payment to Xodus Motorsports.

Once a service has been rendered, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service. It is important to note that this is a service industry, and once the work has been completed, all sales are final.

Refunds will only be considered prior to the commencement of our services under specific circumstances, such as for gift vouchers or if an advance payment was made. In these cases, refunds will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy, provided that the original receipt is presented.
